Affiliate Disclosure

nzpokiesgames.pro ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent review and comparison website focused on online pokies and casinos available to players in New Zealand. This page explains how we earn money and how that may affect the content you see on our site.

1. How We Earn Money

This website participates in affiliate marketing programmes operated by online casinos and gambling operators. When you click on certain links on nzpokiesgames.pro and subsequently register an account or make a deposit with a casino, we may receive a commission or referral fee from that operator.

This commission comes at no additional cost to you. The bonuses, odds, and terms you receive through our links are the same as (and in some cases better than) those offered to visitors who go directly to the casino's website.

2. Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content. Specifically:

• Casino rankings, ratings, and review scores are determined by our own testing and evaluation criteria — not by the size of the commission an operator offers us.
• We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews, guaranteed rankings, or the removal of negative findings.
• Casinos that do not meet our standards may be listed with a poor rating or excluded entirely, regardless of any commercial relationship.
• Our reviewers are not informed of commission rates when writing or updating reviews.

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We aim to make commercial relationships easy to spot. On this site:

• Links to casino operators within reviews, "top list" tables, and "Visit Casino" / "Play Now" buttons are typically affiliate links.
• Any sponsored placements or paid promotional content will be clearly labelled with wording such as "Sponsored", "Advertisement", or "Promoted".
• Bonus offers displayed on this site are provided by the operators themselves; always check the casino's own terms and conditions before claiming.

4. Compliance Statement

nzpokiesgames.pro is committed to fair and transparent advertising in accordance with the standards expected of publishers serving New Zealand audiences, including the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) of New Zealand and its Advertising Standards Code, as well as the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct in trade. We disclose material commercial connections clearly so that readers can make informed decisions.

Please note that online gambling rules differ by country. While many offshore casinos accept players from New Zealand, it is your responsibility to understand the legal status of online gambling in your location before playing.

5. Reader Responsibility

The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, or gambling advice. By using our affiliate links, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for verifying the licensing, terms, and conditions of any casino before registering or depositing.
• Gambling involves risk, and you should never wager more than you can afford to lose.
• You must be 18 years or older to gamble online.

If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential help is available in New Zealand through the Gambling Helpline (0800 654 655) and the Problem Gambling Foundation.
